Egypt post has issued commemorative postage stamp on the occasion of the celebration of the centennial celebration of the Egyptian automobile club, which is one of the oldest automobile clubs in the world. The establishment of the Egyptian automobile club dates back to the era of khedive Abbas Hilmi ii, with the beginning of the spread of cars in Egypt and the interest of Egyptians in them. Although the club stopped its activity for a short period due to World War i, it was re-established in 1924 under the name “the royal automobile club of Egypt”.
